Anything sold to members carries its own label, warnings and directions. Read them before use and follow them exactly. Where this site and the label differ, the label wins. Serving sizes, ingredients and cautions are printed on the pack, and the site does not add to or take away from them.

We do not make claims about how you will feel. Any description of an effect is a description of the writer’s evening, not a promise about yours.

The law about what may be sold, shipped and used differs by state, county and city, and it changes. We ship only where we believe it is lawful, and the current list of places we do not ship to is on the Shipping page. It remains your responsibility to know the rules where you are and where an order is delivered.

Where we publish laboratory certificates to members, they are issued by independent laboratories for a specific batch and date, and they describe that batch only. We do not alter them. A certificate is not a statement that anything is safe or suitable for you.

We keep the site as accurate as we can, and we correct errors when we find them or when a reader points them out. Even so, a page may be out of date or contain a mistake, availability changes, and photographs and films are illustrations of a mood, not of a particular item. Links to other sites are offered for interest and we are not responsible for what is on them.
