About

Five people. One standard.

We are five, in one room, making a small number of things for calm, focus and steady energy. The standard came before any of them.

Two of us make it. One tests it. One packs it. One answers the letters, and that is the whole company.

Why we started

We wanted the boring version.

Everything in this category is sold as a transformation. We could not find the plain one: measured, tested, and quiet about what it does.

It started with an afternoon that kept getting away from us. Not a crisis — the ordinary version, where the day is half spent and the thing you sat down to do is still untouched. What was on the shelf for that either flattened you or promised the world.

So we made the version we wanted: a small exact serving, tested by a lab that does not work for us, labelled for occasional use. It is a duller idea than most, and we have kept it deliberately dull ever since.

We are not a lifestyle. We are five people, a supplier we have visited, a lab we pay to disagree with us, and a mailbox that a person reads.

Calm is not less energy. It is energy that has stopped arguing.

The standard behind it

Four things we settled early.

None of it is clever. All of it is written down, and none of it moves because a month was slow.

  1. We write the label first

The serving, the directions and the full warning are settled before anything is made. If a claim will not fit on the pack, it does not go on the site either.

  2. We test every batch, not a sample of them

Each one goes to an independent lab before it leaves us. The results are kept on file, batch by batch, and members can read them.

  3. We keep the range small

A few things made slowly, rather than a shelf of things made quickly. Adding something new is the hardest argument to win here.

  4. We answer our own letters

There is no service desk and no bot. A person reads every one, usually the same day, and signs their name to the reply.
